This Shipping Policy outlines how Xingcheng Mingxuan Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our website (cadetaccessories.com). 1. Order Processing Time
All orders require a standard processing period before shipment:

2. Delivery Estimates
Our total delivery time is calculated by adding the handling time to the transit time:

3. Shipping Destinations
We ship to customers across the United States and many international destinations. If you are unable to checkout due to your location, please contact us at support@cadetaccessories.com to see if special arrangements can be made.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Any "Free Shipping" promotions apply only to the contiguous United States unless otherwise specified.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.
6. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We cannot reroute or modify a shipping address once the order has been processed.

Cadet Accessories LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Packages returned as "Undeliverable" may incur additional shipping charges for a second delivery attempt.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside of the United States:

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier to provide a resolution.
